HWIR200B-1 industrial hot air blower is suitable for heating, drying, heating, drying and heat shrinkage of food, pharmacy, electronics, printing, spraying and cleaning industries. Multi fiber insulation cotton insulation, strong chassis safe and reliable, can maintain high temperature for a long time.
Digital display temperature regulation
The outlet is equipped with a temperature sensor, so that the machine can adjust the temperature according to needs. The maximum use temperature is 395 ℃. (need to change to 25mm outlet), the highest temperature is greater than 80 degrees Celsius when the normal air volume.
Temperature control system
The temperature is controlled by PID/SSR, the control precision is high, and the reaction is sensitive. The accuracy of temperature control is + 1℃.
High heat exchange efficiency
Ingenious design of wind tunnel let the air uniform through the inside and outside of the helical heating wire.Heat exchange near 100%,the loss of wind pressure is less.
Security
It has overheating overload protection, power cut protection device, fully guarantee the safety of the equipment, do not produce exhaust gas, and meet the environmental protection.
Special explanation：The standard configuration of this machine is suitable for parallel assembling of air outlet and water level. If vertical assembling is required, please communicate with the manufacturer in advance and explain. (matching: outlet and horizontal plane: Vertical installation up and down)
