FORTRON 1342L4 SF3001 NATURAL是一種線性、半結晶、阻燃、低磨損的聚苯硫醚（PPS）特種級玻璃纖維和聚四氟乙烯增強材料。與其他材料相比，對氣體、碳氫化合物和其他液體相對不滲透。具有高尺寸穩定性、低摩擦系數、低收縮率、良好的機械性能、高溫抗蠕變性、高連續使用溫度（160°C 至 240°C）和極低的吸濕性。具有高硬度、高剛性，并具有良好的耐腐蝕性、耐水解性、抗氧化性、耐熱性和耐石蠟堆積性。在高溫下對 200°C 以下的所有溶劑、酸、堿、典型和替代汽車燃料以及石油油具有出色的耐化學性�？赏ㄟ^注塑成型進行加工。適用于無鉛焊接和金屬更換應用。用于軸承、齒輪和其他滑動摩擦/磨損應用。符合RoHS、PFOS和PFOA法規。

FORTRON 1342L4 SF3001 NATURAL is a linear, semi-crystalline, flame retardant, low wear polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) specialty grade reinforced with glass fiber and PTFE . Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness, rigidity and exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Used for bearings, gears and other sliding friction/wear applications. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
