SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L是高剛性、超高耐熱和低比重的熱敏液晶聚酯（LCP）牌號(hào)，用40%的玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)。它具有高強(qiáng)度、高透光率、高耐熱老化性、低粘度、高成型性、低收縮率和低線膨脹系數(shù)（流向）。它具有快速設(shè)定、閃光產(chǎn)生少、各向異性高、焊接強(qiáng)度低、凝固速度快、阻燃性好、吸水性低、極限氧指數(shù)高、熱穩(wěn)定性高等特點(diǎn)。它具有良好的耐化學(xué)性、耐熱水性、加熱時(shí)產(chǎn)生的氣體量低、無(wú)翹曲、與現(xiàn)成粘合劑的粘合性以及無(wú)需表面處理。它顯示出高溫和高剪切速率對(duì)表觀熔體粘度的依賴性。即使在高溫下，暴露在油中也不會(huì)膨脹或變質(zhì)。采用超聲波焊接，適用于無(wú)鉛焊接（浸漬）。SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L適用于注塑成型加工。它用于燈座、繼電器外殼和線軸。符合 UL746C 和 UL 94 V-0 阻燃等級(jí)。

SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L  is high rigidity, ultra-high heat resistant and low specific gravity thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester (LCP) grade, reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits high strength, increased light transmittance, high heat aging resistance, low viscosity, high moldability, low shrinkage and low coefficient of linear expansion (flow direction). It offers high-speed setting with less flash production, high anisotropy, low weld strength, rapid solidification speed, excellent flame retardancy, low water absorbency, highest limiting oxygen index and high thermal stability. It provides outstanding chemical resistance, hot water resistance, low amount of gas generation on heating, no warpage, bondability with off-the-shelf adhesives and no surface treatment. It shows high temperature and high shear rate dependence on apparent melt viscosity. It does not expand or deteriorate when exposed to oils, even at high temperatures. It is welded with ultrasonic welding and applicable to lead-free soldering (dipping). SUMIKASUPER LCP E5008L is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in lamp holders, relay cases and bobbins. Complies with UL746C and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
